There are so many of us where feeling overwhelmed is a nasty habit that creeps in on the daily. Feeling overwhelmed can only take you so far, I mean how to you feel when you are overwhelmed?…not very good I’m sure. So let’s change that feeling so you can focus, be productive and feel good!
The challenge this week is to be mindful when you are overwhelmed and remind yourself of only the next step that is in your control. It is important to only think of the next step, take a deep breath and when the overwhelm creeps in, come back to that 1 next step! This will be challenging, however once you master this you can say goodbye to overwhelm as you transition to being in the moment!
