Do I really need counseling?

Anyone can benefit from counseling because life happens and we recognize that.  Usually clients have an idea of what they would like to work on when they come in.

If you are unsure, you can come in for an assessment at our office so we can see what you may want to work on.  There are also online assessments such as this one:

What will therapy look like?

The first couple of sessions are to gather information, set goals and establish a relationship with your therapist.  From there, you will work with your therapist either weekly, bi-weekly or once a month depending on your individual needs.

To get the most out of your sessions, it is important that you come to your appointments consistently and on time.

What hours are counselors available?

Counselors are available by appointment only.  Appointments are available Monday-Saturday between 9am-8pm.  If there is an emergency, please call 9-1-1 or go to your nearest emergency room.
