Ending our Blogspiration theme this month on limiting beliefs I thought I would end on this quote. Basically it is saying it is a leisure to have time to think about your feelings. Of course most of our “time” is spent in our head, so what we “say” in there is important!
The challenge this week is to be mindful and recognize that if your thoughts are dwelling on negativity, worry or other limiting beliefs-recognize that this is a leisure! It doesn’t mean you need to get busier so you can avoid time to think, it means you can change the way you think. For example, if you are thinking about how you are not happy in a relationship…perhaps you can further that thought to how you can communicate what you need from your partner. Dwelling in negativity and letting it cycle in your head will not be helpful…challenge those thoughts with positive action. What will you do to make a difference?
